Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods then please email sales@thinkofmedesigns.com and we will organise a refund.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and unopened.
Items on sale cannot be returned.
It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of postage when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them and acknowledged receipt.

Please note we are unable to cover return postage unless an item is faulty.
